This is a fun game since this happens to be my particulars. Does it need to be a non intended engine?
Since I seriously want to get a few kit cars, the only rediculous ones would be An ultima GTR with a gt350r flat plane v8, or a lister bell STR stratos with a ford ecoboost v6.

... Spirit industries 23 extended t bucket rat rod hot rod - $650
1970 K5 Blazer: Frame, Drivetrain, Rims/Tires, Has Title! - $2900
as the donor driveline....... took a while to find a manual 4x4 k5 blazer..... use an “authentic frame, Ford Model ‘T’ chassis frame, axles, springs, rims assembled - $625 (Fredericksburg)
...... be in for $55oo....... and use the k5 frame to cut brakets and mounts...... result would be a low slung 4x4 tub that looks approx like....
am i doing this right?.....

Unrealistic:
Ferrari 250 GTO with a custom 2.1 liter v12 ( basically a Hartley V8 except with 750cc superbike components of instead of hyabusa).
Slightly more realistic:
TVR Sagaris lookalike (maybe based on cobra Daytona?) with flat plane LS and itb.

I don’t mind if I get corrected if I’m wrong.
The 2019 is supposed to come with a 7.0L v8.
